Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) governs confidential information shared between Cipher Labs and prospective clients during consultations and project discussions.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, internal workflows, pricing, customer data processes, and operational details disclosed during the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating and delivering the proposed services.
